BlogPress App Reviews

Not good for wordpress users, connection works fine but category management is hell.

Really not worth its price for wordpress users. Best off using the free official wordpress app.

Basic

It is better than sending your blog post to Blogger by email, however it lacks some very important features such as resizing pictures in the size the Blogger web editor allows it, and we cannot center the text... And I dont even speak of the lack of multitouch gestures to resize pictures...

Crappy

Crappy program that does not work. Very buggy. Pass your way

Awsome !

Yeah ! Great app !!!

Great

A must have for your posts on the go !

drupal7?

don t work with drupal7.

Tortuous

Quite a few tasks remain tortuous: making hyperlinks, inserting pics, new labels... It needs improvements and is ok for emergency cases only.

Have a lot of blogger blogs does not list all

I cannot list all my blogs.

Its work now!

After long waiting, finally Blogpress is back!

The best blog App!

Ive being trying a lot of blog tools for iPhone, and this one is the best so far! Its simple, fast, and easy to use. :))

Great but..

I really loved the app! Its is amazing... And its great that we can upload photos. But the only thing I miss in this app is be able to use a password to access the app. Is it possible an update with password???

Password lock

This app needs some password lock to access data.

Horrible

No htaccess Support not usable at all

Crashes

All the Time...

as good as it gets

since blogpress appears to be the only app which allows me to post images to tumblr from the ipad in a decent way i am stuck with it. so what do you get for your 2,39€? to me it looks like a simple xmlrpc-frontend with basic editing features. theres no wysiwyg-editor, and e.g. in wordpress it lacks the possibility to choose an post thumbnail, which is essential in some themes. posting to tumblr works fine, you can even choose several pictures and let them float around your text. but unfortunately the pictures are nit stored on your tumblr but either on a dedicated blogpress-storage-site or another one like picasa. so if you use the umblr api to extract your tumblr for your website it doesnt work since the pictures are always stored elsewhere. together with the camera connection kit it is an easy way to keep your tumblr-photoblog uptodate when only carrying your ipad and your sophisticated dslr with you. wishes for future revisions: -full support of all features the webbackend of e.g. tumblr or wordpress are providing -wysiwyg-editor at the moment, the native tumblr-app seems to be the only way to upload pictures fro the ipad directly into your tumblr.

Does what it says ... very well

Good programm good functionality for the road. The blog application of my choice. It missed the 5th star, because it crashes from time to time, but i have never lost any work.

Good for writing and editing

Im very happy with this app, its easy to write a new post and also edit older ones. Everything works fine, I havent tried out photo uploads so far, though.

Doesnt work witth Joomla 1.6...

... and I wrote developer. But didnt care much about it. Only said that he will look why. But no special questions, no answers any more and no updates for that problem... So its useless..

It doesnt work with Joomla 1.7

The Developer has no solution for this problem.

ok, but..

This app ist ok, it does it work, but.. I have to set thumbnail size each time I add a photo! There ist no way to set default width & height! If I want to post 10 photos, I have to change thumbnail size and links 10 times! Another bug: if I try to open an imported (with Camera Connection Kit) photo, the App crashes. Its like, the Ap cant open large files (16 megapixel).
